Effective immediately and until further notice, fires are not permitted in the Municipality of Boissevain-Morton.
All fires including, but not limited to, burning of crop residue, garbage burning barrels / pits are not permitted. Only dry seasoned wood burning in a contained fire pit are permitted at this time.
Anyone burning during a fire ban can be fined plus cost of fire fighting as per Bylaw 2016-07.
